By accessing or using Vetoid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vetoid provides decision intelligence tools, including but not limited to:

  • Bid/No-Bid evaluation framework
  • Structured assessment and scoring tools
  • AI-assisted analysis (using your own API keys)
  • Report generation and export functionality
  • Cloud synchronization for paid tiers
  • Share link functionality for collaboration

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Privacy and Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

  • Free tier: All evaluation data is stored locally in your browser. We only store your email address for authentication purposes.
  • Paid tiers: You may optionally sync data to our cloud infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • AI features: When using AI features, data is sent directly to your configured LLM provider using your own API keys. Vetoid does not log or store this data.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are subject to the following terms:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual subscriptions within 14 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vetoid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your evaluation data and content remain your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. THE ASSESSMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR BUSINESS DECISIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETOID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vetoid is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
