Common Principles

Weighted Scoring

Each criterion is assigned a weight reflecting its importance. Final scores are calculated as the sum of weighted criterion scores.

Veto Authority

Critical criteria can trigger automatic rejection regardless of aggregate score, preventing high scores from masking fundamental risks.

Multi-Reviewer Workflow

Both business and technical stakeholders provide independent reviews and sign-offs before final recommendations are generated.
